Dear Parents,
Please find below Form SA13 (the admission form) for applying for a Nursery place. This covers all children whose date of birth falls between 01.09.15 – 31.08.16, who are entitled to a place in Nursery, September 2019. You can get more information from the school admissions website www.cumbria.gov.uk/schooladmissions
Our Nursery and Reception run together as one Early Years class. This means there is more flexibility with the times your child can attend. They can do morning, 8.50am to 11.50am, 3hours or afternoon or a full day, 8.50am to 3.30pm, 6.5 hours. We also offer lunchtime provision.
The current universal entitlement is 15 hours per week but if you are a working family you may be entitled to 30 hours. Please see Form SA13 for more details on Extended 30 hours.

If you wish your child to attend Sedbergh Primary School’s Nursery class please complete the Form SA13 and hand it into the school office, along with proof of address and your child’s birth certificate or health card/passport, (these will be checked and handed back to you), by the closing date 29th March 2019.
